You'll do the same deep work as the 1:1 program — but inside a small, carefully curated group of women who are on the same journey. The collective experience adds something the 1:1 work can't: the mirror of other women's stories, the accountability of shared commitment, and the power of knowing you're not alone.
Why Group Work
Hearing someone else name the thing you've been unable to say out loud is one of the most powerful moments in this work. The group makes that possible.
When you've made a commitment in front of a group of women who are doing the same hard work, you show up differently. That's not pressure — that's power.
Isolation is one of the biggest barriers to change. The Collective removes it. You do the work, but you don't do it alone.
